Firstly, every person that is an employment situation should know where they stand – right? If you are an employee you would be very unhappy if you didn’t have a contract and if your employer didn’t bother to pay over UIF. Right?
Secondly, it is your legal obligation to conclude a written agreement and pay over UIF. You expect your staff to comply with your instructions right? So play your part – it is actually very easy. The contract is 100% free on our system.
Thirdly, ALL employment relationships eventually come to an end. When that happens, you WILL have a problem, regardless of whether the end is as a result of death, disability, misconduct or some other reason. The longer you wait, the worse it gets.
