Prices vary depending on complexity of the document. Each document is provided in MS Word and Pdf format.

The monthly subscription provides users with full access to the contractzone library and functionality. This includes all categories in the library (as well as the POPIA documents). The subscription is for a period of 12 months, but can be cancelled on 3 months notice.

The POPIA Consolidated Pack of Compliance Documents takes you through an interactive question and answer session. Once this process is completed, the system generates the documents required for compliance, including: appointment of an Information Officer, Personal Information Impact Assessment, PAIA Manual, POPIA Compliance Framework and Manual, Employee Consent, Supplier Undertaking, Privacy Policy, Customer Consent and Internal Training Materials.

The Unlimited POPIA Package provides users with UNLIMITED ACCESS to over 20 POPIA related documents and contracts for a period of 12 months.
